  • Minimum order to delivery is $50 not including delivery fee, orders less than $50 will be automatically canceled.
  • Deliveries are made between 8 am and 1 pm. We strive to be on time for all customers, however, deliveries can be extended until 3 p.m. due to traffic, unexpected events or high order demands on holidays
  • Pickup time is the next day between 8 am to 4 pm (Pickups can be extended until 8 p.m.) if the equipment rented is in a secure area if equipment rented is in an unsecured area like the front yard or driveways etc, the pick-up time is the same day after 7:00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Payment is due on the day of delivery, Full amount or any outstanding balance must be paid the date of delivery and before we unload the rented equipment.
  • To avoid delays please have the payment ready for the exact amount, for the inflatables please have the area and an extension cord ready to do the setup.
  • The customer must have all rented equipment ready to pick up all the tables and chairs folded and stacked.
